• We have a licensed real estate, mortgage and accounting staff that can also provide real estate, mortgage and tax services.
• We offer an owner friendly Property Management Agreement  which allows for 30 day cancellation.
• Minimal escrow deposits as needed to maintain your properties.
• Newsletters and updates to our owners
• Careful and complete screening of all renters and follow up after departure
• Move in and move out property inspections.
• Move in and move out photos of each property.
