- Is there a fee to list my rental property on BestPanamaCityRentals.com? While there is no immediate fee to list rentals, listing rentals does require a management contract with BestPanamaCityRentals.com. We have several packages available to suite everyone, please contactu us for package pricing.
- When listing a rental property, how is the rental rate determined? Our experienced, licensed real estate agents will assist you in setting a price for your rental property that is coordinated with the current rental market conditions for the area your property is located.
- Will my Email address be added to different lists and used inappropriately for spam? At BestPanamaCityRentals.com we are very sensitive to spam and other methods of email theft. Unless advised by you in writing, your personal information will never be shared or sold to a 3rd party. This is one of our guarantees to you!
- How do you advertise your vacancies? We start the marketing process at the time we receive a 30 Day Notice from your resident. We will put an eye catching sign on your property which provides rental prospects access to our services.

- How do you screen applicants? We require a detailed written application and 2 forms of identification from each adult. In addition, we verify employment and income levels. No applicant will be approved until all questions are answered to our satisfaction.
- Who pays for repairs to vacancies? After the move-out inspection, we will determine who is responsible to pay the bills to bring the property back to the condition prior to the resident moving in. We are allowed by law to charge the resident's security deposit for damages above normal wear and tear, and cleaning. We want you to know that we consider this an important time in the management cycle, and we will protect your interests as best we can.
- When will I get my report and check? Owners are mailed a comprehensive invoice, by the 15th of each month.
- Who handles problems late at night? Our 24 Hour Hotline will take the residents call and page the supervisor on call. We will then talk with the resident to determine how to proceed. Many times we solve a problem over the phone or by simply calling one of our vendors that we have access to 24 hours a day.
- How do you handle Security Deposits? When your tenant vacates, we will provide all required accounting of the tenant's security deposit within the time legally allotted. If there are damages they will be deducted from the security deposit and any outstanding balances will be returned to the tenant.
- Are your prices competitive? Our management fees are very competitive and reflect our commitment to excellent service. We have found that improper management can have a very high cost. When ALL fees are considered, we are actually less expensive than most companies around.
