Of course you could always drive around yourself spending your hard earned money on gas trying to find the ideal rental.

Wouldn't it be easier to have us do the searching for you, send you emails of properties that only match your needs and criteria so you can view them in comfort and the privacy of your home.
Qualifying
Landlords and property managers typically run a credit and background check to qualify you for a rental, after you've filled out an application. If your credit is not acceptable for that unit, you are turned down which has wasted valuable time as well as becoming disappointed that you were not able to qualify for your ideal home.
With our service, we qualify you first before showing you anything the same way real estate agents qualify their customers prior to showing them houses for sale.
Since you're pre-qualified for the units you view, there is no dissappointment.
Our "Find me a home" service allows you to:
- Only view the rentals you are qualified to rent
- Avoid the dissappointment of being turned down for a rental
- Save money on gas by not having to drive all over looking for rental signs
Here's how it works...
Working with Best Panama City Rentals "Find me a home" is simple. You can choose to work with us in one of two ways:
1. Select from our existing inventory of available housing, arrange an appointment for a showing, and submit an application to us with a full application fee and deposit (application fees are NOT refundable, deposits are FULLY refundable if you are not approved) once you have found a home that you like.
2. Apply with us by simply submitting a full application with application fee. We will get you approved and on file, and after your approval we will begin searching for properties for you.
Please note that your application fee is good for 90 days from the date of approval, so if you are not planning on moving within the next 90 days you may want to contact us during normal business hours, let us know what you are looking for, and allow us to keep you on the radar screen without you sacrificing your security deposit.
